Papa John Motivates Youth in South London

We’ve all seen the famous Papa John’s commercials and restaurants, but this generous company goes far beyond just feeding us delicious pizzas. Even as far as London.

This week, John Schnatter, founder of Papa John’s Pizza, took the time to visit The Salvation Army’s Springfield Lodge Lifehouse in south London. There, Schnatter gave a motivational speech to the young residents of the program about how to achieve their goals and chase their dreams.

And of course, pizza was provided for the excited residents and staff.

The Salvation Army’s Springfield Lodge Lifehouse is designed to help better the lives of south London’s young males and females who need a safe haven by providing accommodation and support. Residents of this program have access to training, and a range of vocational and practical life skills courses to help them overcome the causes of homelessness.

We at The Salvation Army would like to extend a huge thank you to Papa John’s for continuing to be such an incredible partner in helping us Do The Most Good.
