School Supply Drive to Benefit Homeless Students








Many families can’t afford school supplies. A Stuff the Bus drive this Friday will help homeless students in Spotsylvania County Schools get the supplies they need to start school.

Parrish Learning Zone, Spotsylvania County Schools, University of Mary Washington Athletics, WalMart, Thunder 104.5 and Super Hits 95.9 partnered for the Stuff the Bus supply drive which will be held Aug. 1, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the Southpoint Walmart.

Aug. 1 is also the first day of the tax-free weekend for clothes and school supplies, so you could save some money and help others at the same time.
